Erika Kauder brings 10+ years of uniquely combined experience in hospitality management, public relations, marketing, and brand collaborations across the globe, boasting long lasting relationships with industry experts to the farthest corners of the world.
She began her career in public relations and social media management, building strategy and social media programs that would generate local and national press for her clients, but she quickly fell in love with the intangible magic of curating a guest experience. This led her to hold a number of service positions, eventually finding herself at Michelin-Starred restaurant, The Dabney, where she served as Hospitality Director for 4+ years.
It was at The Dabney where she curated an unmatched style of personalized service and a highly lauded hospitality program designed to foster intangible and unforgettable moments. Erika utilizes her innate ability to connect authentically and intentionally with guests and peers, understanding their needs and their energies to forge deep, strong and long-lasting connections.
Erika firmly believes that a perfectly curated hospitality experience is a universal language and one that she and her robust network of hospitality professionals speak fluently. She has spent the last 15 years forging relationships with industry experts who are all bonded together with one common goal of creating a warm, genuine atmosphere and an excellence for her clients. With one flick of a wrist, she can deploy her team of certified sommeliers, directors of ops, culinary directors, chefs, beverage directors, interior designers, and more to bring any concept, any service program, at any stage to life.
